Ralph Lauren: Senior Design Director (07/05 – present)  

Responsible for the research, development and production of four roughwear collections across 4 different brands- from opening price point to high end luxury (Polo Ralph Lauren including Incotex brand, Black Label, Purple Label and RLX active).

Designed and launched new Polo Ralph Lauren accessories collection including bags belts and small leather goods

Designed and launched new Black Label Denim accessory collection

Senior designer (07/05), director (08/07) senior director (08/10)

Ensure design integrity and profit sustainability by managing the entire life of each product from research to production of final approval

Successfully launch the Black Label sportswear line

Integral part of the development and launch of the American Living brand concept

Launched the Polo Ralph Lauren mens accessories line, with role out globally to dept and specialty stores

Recruited and built accessory team, design and PD

Coordinate fabric research and development across all brands and both product areas

Travel two to four times a year to Asia and Italy in order to oversee production stages, address costing, and strengthen team communication on apparel and accessories

Manage and mentor design and product development teams

Travel within US and Europe four times a year for trend research

Establish seasonal woven color palette across all brands

Coordinate with concept team for each seasons direction

Present Ralph Lauren brands to international selling team in Milan and NY

Report directly to senior VP of men’s design

Armani: Men’s product manager woven’s (07/04-07/05)

Designed woven product with full follow through into production and merchandising. Complete design and production of graphic Tee’s

Mark and Spencer’s (England) – Visual merchandising Manager (01/02-08/02)

Management of 12 direct reports with over 425 sq ft of retail area. Reacting to sales figures and implementing changes to improve profits along with company schemes. Market awareness and trend information. Contributing to a management team that adds to a weekly turn over of 1.6 million (pounds)
